This Document is intended to ensure Bridge Trust Society is open and transparent about information held and to ensure compliance with EU regulations concerning GDPR, the processing of such information and your rights in relation to that information.

 

Any personal data gained and retained by BTS about Members and others is considered as private and will be kept safely and securely by the Society.

 

It will be stored for Membership, 100 Club and Accounting purposes

 

It will be used to communicate with Members and Others about Society matters, generally by email, post, phone and text.

 

Such data may be shared with Society Management, 47A Romilly Ave. Ltd, and such affiliated Sporting Sections as may exist.
